PA to the Director of Finance
The Licensed Trade Charity was set up over 200 years ago to provide support and a safety net for people in difficulty. Throughout our history, we have been both innovative and responsive to changing needs and in seeking new opportunities to sustain our work, which to date includes founding three successful schools.
We currently have an opportunity for a talented and ambitious PA looking to make their mark in a growing and successful organisation. Working for the Director of Finance, you will have a solid background in providing high quality secretarial and administrative support for tasks including creating presentations, organising events and conferences, and attending charity events as required.
Due to the level of support needed in this role, prior senior PA experience is essential, as are high levels of discretion and diplomacy. An excellent working knowledge of all MS Office packages, along with first-rate organisational skills and the capability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines, is also required. You must have great written and verbal communication skills too, and be able to liaise with a wide range of individuals on a daily basis.
This is a, extremely busy and varied role, and you must be able to use your initiative to work well both autonomously and as part of a team. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
